Journey requests are saved in the website’s booking database, including contact details, locations, timing, vehicle and payment preferences, and any notes you provide. Approved operators use this information to prepare quotes and coordinate your journey.
Your private booking link provides access to your journey and quote. Keep it private and share it only with people you want to have that access. The site does not ask for or store card numbers. When connected, card payments take place on the payment provider’s secure checkout page; the booking stores the payment status and transaction reference.
Contact enquiries are saved in our customer database for approved operators to review. Customer records link enquiries and journeys by email and may include preferences, occasion dates, internal service notes and communication history. Homepage journey fields are passed to the booking page in the URL and removed from that URL after loading.
Operator access uses ChatGPT sign-in and a server-side allowlist. Hosting, authentication and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Do not include passports, payment card details or sensitive documents in booking notes.
Optional email follow-ups require separate consent. We record the wording and time of an opt-in request, and operators verify consent before preparing occasion outreach. You can withdraw consent by replying to an email or contacting us. Booking messages concern your requested service and do not require marketing consent. When email sending is connected, our email provider processes your address and the booking details included in the message; we record submission status and a provider reference.
Social, WhatsApp and text links open the relevant external service or app. Their privacy policies also apply.
